I hired kingdom cleaning to do a window cleaning service on my home & they exceeded my expectations. They arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time, which I appreciated. They even did windows that I mistakenly didn’t include in the quote that was given to me & they were still willing to honor the quote given. Great customer service, very professional and good vibes ! For the most part I am satisfied with the cleaning of my windows. I took one star off as 2 of my living room windows, especially the bottom half, are still dirty and have water spots! I was told the water spots would go away because of the rinsing agent used! They did not! But the reason I am disappointed is #1 Luke raised the price by $50 when job was done as he said he didn’t realize I lived so far away! (I agreed to split the difference with him) Also when paying on line it asked for a tip and I pushed no tip and Luke laughed in my face!! I was always told you didn’t tip if the worker was the owner of the company as they set their price when bidding the job and that money is all theirs!!
