For the most part I am satisfied with the cleaning of my windows. I took one star off as 2 of my living room windows, especially the bottom half, are still dirty and have water spots! I was told the water spots would go away because of the rinsing agent used! They did not! But the reason I am disappointed is #1 Luke raised the price by $50 when job was done as he said he didn’t realize I lived so far away! (I agreed to split the difference with him) Also when paying on line it asked for a tip and I pushed no tip and Luke laughed in my face!! I was always told you didn’t tip if the worker was the owner of the company as they set their price when bidding the job and that money is all theirs!!

Josh personally handled my 3 story window cleaning about 4 months ago. He did an excellent job. On windows where he had trouble cleaning he made second attempts, only to discover the issues were not dirt, but spray paint that cleaning would not remedy. I will be calling him back to clean my driveway and patio.
