7/21/2023 I searched for a Metal Fabricator for a small project. I chose Thumbtack for my search because Thumbtack provides the accountability I need on a project. I created a sketch of the window guards and door guards I wanted (see photo). I wanted a certain look. I wanted that wow factor in my design and I needed someone who could deliver the arches in my design. Iron Goose Welding LLC (Mr. Sebastian) did that!! I got emotional at first sight. The end product was sooo beautiful. Mr. Sebastian’s level of talent was above my expectations. Mr. Sebastian responds timely to messages. That is a huge factor in proper customer service. I would recommend Iron Goose Welding (Mr. Sebastian) to my loved ones. These custom guards adds security to my property. These guards allows me to open the doors and windows in the Spring and Fall to bring that cool early morning outside breeze into the house. One of my concerns during the installation were the solar screens. Solar screens are very expensive and I did not want them to get damaged during the installation of the guards. My screens were not damaged and they are the perfect backdrop for the guards. Check out the photos I uploaded. Great Customer Service + Competence + Skills + Fair Pricing + Kindness was my experience with Iron Goose Welding LLC (Mr. Sebastian). I do not give perfect reviews. This experience was close to perfect. We worked together and worked through all minor issues during the project. I was also very impressed with Thumbtack’s management of their projects and the support they provide to their contractors and customers. Support such as the ability to pay through the Thumbtack app. Payment was an easy process. Great experience overall. A big THANK YOU to everyone involved :)
