Traveling all over Italy by high speed trains was fun and after a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back to our excellent hotels and relax. When we met an unexpected train delay, Jax answered our phone call and provided alternate transportation suggestions and thanks to her quick thinking, we were able to continue our trip without any disruption. In our opinion, Jax went above and beyond and we are very thankful to her. Thanks a lot Jax for making our dreams come true. You are on our speed dial for the next vacation in a couple of years :)

Just got back from the most incredible trip up the California coast, and I had to sing the praises of my amazing travel advisor, Laurence! From the very beginning, Laurence was a superstar. I mentioned wanting to explore the California coast for a week, and she took the reins completely. She booked everything – flights, hotels, car rental, and even some incredible excursions – for a seamless and unforgettable journey. We started down south near San Diego and made our way all the way up north past San Francisco. Laurence clearly knows California like the back of her hand! Every place we stayed was perfect, the car rental was a breeze, and the excursions she picked were absolutely amazing (think kayaking with otters and wine tasting in Napa!). What truly impressed me was Laurence's attention to detail. We had a few last-minute changes we wanted to make, and Laurence handled them quickly and efficiently. She even surprised us with some local restaurant recommendations at each stop, which turned out to be hidden gems! If you're looking for a travel advisor who will go above and beyond to create a dream vacation, look no further than Laurence. She made the entire planning process stress-free and ensured our California coast trip was one for the books!
