Fusion Compliments Traditional at Twokoi Japanese Cuisine

The highlights of Twokoi's Japanese cuisine is their amazing line of sushi and rolls, as well as their ever expanding list of high quality sake.

Sushi ranges from Kani (Alaskan King Crab), Shiro Maguro (Super White Tuna) to Inari (Bean Curd) and Uni (Sea Urchin). Their rolls bring a fusion aspect to a traditional table. Their Angus Beef Roll is a favorite, along with the Salmon Lover's Roll, Caterpillar Roll, or even the simple Avocado Roll. You can't go wrong.

Dinner starts with starters like the Gyoza, Edamame, Tofu, Tempura or House Salad and moves forward to more traditional entrees. Sukiyaki, Sashimi, Teriyaki, and Chicken Katsu are just a few of the choices to pick from in your culinary adventure. Noodles, soup, and Twokoi specials like the Twokoi Tower are available as well.

Sake is where Twokoi really shines. From Clear to Nigori and from dry to sweet Twokoi's sake collection will satisfy any cravings you have. The Gekkeikan Nigori is sweet as can be while the Yuki No Matsushima is on the whole other end of the spectrum. No matter which way you go, you're going to love it.
