I’d like to give Jax Beach Outback a chance to get my final order right. Now, I know how adverse management is to being accountable for the food they sell, as last time my curbside or delivery order was this bad & I ordered BONE-IN RIBEYE received a definitely non-bone in-who-knows-what – I was told to prove it was wrong. So per management’ I have the meal & egregious photos thereof. The steak was supposed to be a medium rare bone-in riveted. It was a boneless, old/unfresh, dry, sinuous, medium-gray something. Truth be told 1 of the only reasons I order Outback, is the option of delivery, & the blue cheese salad dressing! The best blue cheese. Otherwise Longhorn makes a fresher better everything. Well…so much for that. Now even the blue cheese dressing is sub-par. They’ve foregone that great chunky blue cheese for some thin, warm, runny stuff w/out a tap of blue cheese flavor. It’s pretty obvious they’re just cutting the blue cheese dressing with, like two-thirds water. I paid to have that travesty of a meal delivered, as I have 3 broken bones in my foot. Great customer service would be correcting or replacing that meal & delivering a fresh meal. I don’t anticipate any response . I may have someone take that “food” back to Outback, get a refund, & go get a fresh, tasty, medium rare ribeye dinner from Longhorn.
