Bottom line: I would happily hired Mr. Gonzales again. Details: It is always difficult to find tradespeople for home repair. It's difficult to know who is capable and trustworthy from a short profile and some reviews. So this is yet another review that you might be reading and aren't sure if you can trust. I get it. I was you a few days ago. I wanted to get some plumbing tasks done. I read the reviews and contacted Mr. Gonzales. Luckily he had some time that day and arrived at my house in the afternoon. There were a few complications that meant the job took more time than one would have guessed, but these things happen. I found that Mr. Gonzales was affable and considerate. He was more than tolerant with my endless questions. (I am a curious person and like learning from experts, so I watched him and asked questions the entire time.) He was happy to share his knowledge and even prompted me to ask more questions or voice concerns if I hadn't asked anything in a while. While we were waiting for some glue to dry on some PVC pipes, he let me borrow a wrench and watched me as I closed off the gas to my house. (I wanted to make sure I knew how to do it since I hadn't done it before.) He seemed to be very knowledgeable about plumbing and also interested in sharing his experience with homeowners so that they can avoid disaster. You have probably stopped reading this review at this point. So I will say in closing that after knowing Mr. Gonzales for all of five hours, I think he is a good plumber and a good person. I'd hire him again.
