Brandon was my physical therapist and honestly changed my life by working with me to get to the source of chronic pain. I got stronger than I've ever been because he helped me get solid on basic motions and understand my body mechanics. I recently started working with him as a coach, after I had a baby. He is a true wealth of knowledge on plant based eating (and very practical). The workouts he's given me have been really helpful, and he is happy to make changes or suggest modifications if something doesn't work for me, my schedule, or my body.

My mom sprained her leg and her doctor suggested physiotherapy. In a couple of sessions Hayley helped my mom with some exercises to continue working on which hugely helped reduce her soreness and pain level. Before Hayley, my mom wasn’t able to walk even smaller distances without pain and just after 4 sessions, she’s able to walk shorter distances without much pain. Hayley’s been empathetic, punctual and very professional!
