We explained everything to Millie and since she was mobile we were going to give it a try with our special pup too. She was absolutely amazing with him! She sent pics and videos while grooming to help ease our fears. My dogs loved her, especially the special one. When she came inside to swap out a pup, my timid one ran up to her to give her love and that was after his groom! None of the dogs acted off or different after their cuts, just their usual happy selves. They all look adorable too! A couple mowaks for the boys (our request to be fun) and fluffy poodle ears for the sassy girl. Millie will be our groomer from here on out and I absolutely will refer to her to anyone looking, especially those with overly sensitive dogs like ours. She's the best groomer we've ever used, so happy to have found her!

Shayla arrived right on time to groom for the first time my Corgi. She was friendly and told me exactly what she was going to do. She texted me when she was done and Winthrop my 3 yr old Corgi looked like royalty and smelled so good. She deshedded him and his coat looked fabulous! I am so happy with her service and will be a regular now!! Excellent!

She always does exactly what I asked and gets every single detail. Very nice, great prices, fast and sweet kind and loving. Best groomer I have ever used.
