I am completely satisfied with the service and highly recommend West Michigan Commercial Cleaning. I opted for a first time deep cleaning, as my main concerns were the kitchen (not in too bad of a shape) and the bathroom (which had a lot of problems; not having been cleaned for over 8 months, rust in the water had stained the entire tub, tiles, and shower curtains, floors needed major cleaning, etc.). Every spot in the tub, floor, and countertop was spotless (including all corners, behind the toilet, etc.). Even the shower curtain was cleaned (which I didn't ask for but secretly wanted). I haven't walked into this inviting of a bathroom in such a long time. In summary, my 5 star review is due to the following: - Clear communication (what would exactly be done, how much, appointment reminders). - Higher quality cleaning compared to other cleaners I've used in the past. - Bathroom was a disaster and is now spotless. - Full accommodation to my irregular schedule. - On time arrival. - Friendly and professional team.

Cerva cleaning service did a phenomenal job cleaning our condo for us. We had our kitchen refrigerator, front windows, and two bedrooms done. Everything was deep cleaned and dusted. They were professional, on time, and had excellent communication. This was going to be a one time clean for us but I am considering having them come routinely either once a month or twice a month. So nice to have this done when working full time. It allows for a nice weekend when those 2 days do not have to be taken up by cleaning. I definitely recommend this company and will refer to friends and family.
