Ali the technician was great, polite efficient and answered my questions. He checked I was happy with height and location prior to install. He took off his shoes before entering and cleared away the mess afterwards. I am only deducting a star as they couldn’t meet my original booked appointment on time and had to reschedule. Other than that no issues.
