This was my first experience with hypnosis and past life regression, and let me tell you. Doug was fantastic at explaining everything, making me comfortable and getting me ready for my inner journey. I discovered a lot about my life and what's important. Some things are not meant to be figured out, and not everything can be fixed, and that's OK. I would recommend this man to anybody looking to connect with their inner self. I felt every emotion throughout my journey and will be doing it again in the future!

I was very nervous trying something I knew very little, I didn’t know what to expect being placed in a state of hypnosis, but Crystal was able to explain the process and put me at ease. The experience was amazing, it was very relaxing. I was able to work on my hang ups on a subconscious level! I feel so much better the following week. It’s like I was given a tool to prevent anxiety attacks from even starting! I feel it helped a lot and I’m excited to see what else I can improve in my life.
