There is no such thing as a "small" or insignificant home remodel project. Selecting the right partners to get the job done is vital and can make all the difference. Our building contractor recommended we connect with Brandon Carver (Integrity Residential) for architectural design. The remodel of our utility/mud room may not sound exciting, but it happens to be one of the heaviest used rooms in the house. Our goal was to make it functional for all the family, including the furry members. I could tell by the initial design consultation that working with Brandon would be a positive experience. He is an active listener who sought to understand our goals. I appreciated his transparency regarding process, fees and timeline. Soon following a thorough measurement of the entire house, four design plans were drafted. Brandon was responsive to altering anything to meet our needs, including tweaking access to the walk-in shower for a family member with special needs. Once the design was finalized, Brandon provided a complete House Floor Plan as well as an Alterations Plan required for facilitating the city permitting process. I really appreciated Brandon's communication skills pulling in everyone's thoughts and ideas. Consulting with Brandon was a smart decision. We can now move forward knowing we have a great design that will meet all of our expectations while also adhering to building codes. Mary and Brian McDonald
