Four Seasons Hotel

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle

People who were waiting for Four Seasons to come to Seattle weren’t disappointed. The hotel’s locale gives wonderful views from all rooms, from Seattle’s attractive skyline to partial and full Elliott Bay vistas. In fact, Four Seasons even offers residences within the building  for those who love everything downtown Seattle has to offer.

Rooms range from 450 square feet and up,making them more than just bed, small table and chair, and small dresser size; there is actually room to lounge and relax. The deluxe rooms are up to 660 square feet. You’ll also marvel at the spacious marble bathrooms.Hypoallergenic down pillows and duvets surround you with comfort, robes, slippers,  and you may also request conveniences such as microwave, mini-fridge, air purifier and more.

Suites are full apartment or condo size and all have the stunning water views over Puget Sound’s Elliott Bay.

Bring the family?  Of course, with most rooms accommodating at least four people. Baby sitting service is available.

Dining features ART Restaurant,  inspired by the hotel’s location across from the Seattle Art Museum. The food is art here, too, as the freshest ingredients from the nearby Pike Place Market are featured. Foragers and  independent specialists contribute ingredients too.

The nearby ART Lounge continues the “foodie” theme and celebrates 250 wines in the Wine Wall.  Both are adjacent to the lobby.

The room service menu also includes local  and seasonal  specialties, and has a special “Larry Gets Lost in Seattle” menu to keep the kids happy and entertained.

The plush spa features a number of signature treatments, including  an oh-so-Northwest massage called Deep Forest Bliss along with other traditional massages like Swedish and Hot Lava, for example. The 6,000 square foot facility features  water, basalt rock and tile throughout.
During the summer, you can relax by the outdoor pool overlooking Elliott Bay. Above and beyond the pool itself you will be pampered with lotions, magazines, and even sunglasses cleaning and treated to refreshing specialties like fruit sorbets and frozen grapes, and kept comfortable with Evian spritzes and Lavender chilled towels. And if laps in the pool aren’t enough exercise, there is a full fitness center just inside the doors.

The hotel is located at 99 Union Street, in the heart of the city, and for reservations you may phone 206-749-4000, or go online at www.fourseasons.com/seattle
