A friend was redoing their kitchen so I waited for her contractor to become available. Unfortunately, this required I take on the function of project manager and order / schedule all materials. The project was to start Dec 1, 2023. Then Jan 1, 2024. Then Jan 22, 2024. Jan 22, on the start date for the remodel, the contractor gave an excuse for pushing it even further. I had already emptied my house and placed things in storage for the renovation. I called Jonathan and he immediately showed up at my house, gave me a reasonable quote, and, considering my circumstances, said he would work me in. His crew was there the following morning at 8:30am. I expected the work to last about a month. He was mostly finished at two weeks with small things left to tidy up the following week. We did a complete kitchen remodel, a new living room wall, new lighting in the living room, flooring / baseboards for the entire unit, casing for all windows, replacing a few doors, and repainting common areas. At the end of each day, his crew tidied and cleaned up, they even hosed down the walkway and stairs outside my unit. The work performed was outstanding. Wonderful quality at a really good value. Anytime I called or texted the call was answered or text / call returned immediately. I am very pleased with the results! My condo is beautiful and I feel like I live in a totally new place! Couldn't recommend Cote Designs any higher.

Strategic Construction & Development

I've dealt with many contractors in South Florida and most are at best shady. I have multiple horror stories of contractors basically stealing all the way to not completing anything on a project they were paid for including the initial plans being unacceptable to the city. I actually found Arthur and his company Strategic Construction after my last contractor nightmare and he was God sent. Not only does he do great quality work. Most importantly he does what he says he is going to do on budget and on time. His subs are good at what they do and he monitors their work to completion. All of my contractor needs are business related and always have a thin timeline. Arthur hits the dates and takes any of the normal anxiety I used to have with contractors in South Florida off the table. If Arthur says he can do it I know it will be done on time and correctly. To put it lightly if Arthur isn't available for the project, I would rather push the project back than to take my chances in the ocean of South Florida Contractor Sharks. I can give no better endorsement than that. Strategic Construction and only Strategic Construction.
