I have been managing projects and/or General Contracting projects since I was 21 years old. In my experience, the biggest difficulty is finding good contractors to work with. Good - not only in their work ethic but also their business etiquette. The amount of "contractors" in the business who are unlicensed and under qualified has only been compounded with the influx of work in the Denver metro area. That being said, I cannot even express my excitement in meeting Ken and the KP Contracting organization. He was very communicative from the start of our working relationship and continued throughout the project. He was very fair in his pricing. Once he started his job he did not take a day off until he was complete. He was able to identify and fix many issues on job that had to be taken over by him after aforementioned "contractors" left a very difficult platform to work from. Most of all, the finished product was superb. I would recommend Ken and co to anyone I know and he will be the first I call for any job that fits under his large umbrella of expertise.
