I can't say enough good things about this company. Finding quality workers in Cape May can be difficult, especially in the off season. I needed my front door replaced and ordered something online to be delivered. The delivery took forever, and I was given multiple delivery dates. The owner at Douglas Renovations was extremely patient and flexible. He made sure the crew was there bright and early the morning of delivery and sent me updates and photos throughout the day. The level of communication with this company is outstanding. Fast forward a month and I had an issue with my smart lock. As a rental owner, it's especially stressful when things like this happen and you're states away. On top of that, the rental company was having trouble finding a locksmith. In desperation I reached out to Douglas Renovations thinking this was probably not an area they could help with, but I was wrong. The owner responded quickly, rearranged his schedule, and got someone out there in a few hours!!!!! I honestly can't thank them enough for saving me the headache of upset renters and a bad review. The work they've done has been exceptional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the area. I plan on using them for all my upcoming projects!

R’s construction retuned my call within the hour. They were prompt with a quote and completed the job the following week. They were understanding with my ask and completed the job professionally and in a timely manner. There’s no question that they took pride in their work as they went above and beyond to ensure the job was perfect. They were very polite and a pleasure to work with. I already referred this company to friends and family and will be using them in the future.
