After extensive research and meeting with various contractors, we decided to go with IBA Builders for our kitchen remodel and window replacement. We decided to go with IBA as they provided a thorough and thoughtful estimate that allowed us to make an informed decision. Most of the contractors only provided semi-custom cabinets whereas IBA included custom cabinets which allowed us to maximize our space and bring our vision to life. Additionally, they included design services which helped us fine tune our layout; this was a differentiator from many of the other contractors we met with. During the process, Ben (the owner) was attentive, patient, respectful and had helpful ideas that transformed our kitchen remodel. Ben and his team were accommodating to our busy schedules which made for the process to be stress free. While IBA was the cheapest quote, it was a fair and reasonable quote especially considering the quality of the materials. Ben also committed to no hidden fees or work order changes which held true throughout the entire process which based on our friends' experience, this is abnormal and further validated that their quote was fair. The craftmanship of the work exceed our expectations and we love our kitchen and new windows. We are happy that we decided to go with IBA Builders. We will use them on future projects and highly recommend them.

Most of the contractors intimidated me and my demands until I met with Elmar from PBG. Elmar listened to everything that I wanted and didn’t try to convince me otherwise even though it was complicated to achieve, he demanded some changes due to city requirements that I understood and agreed upon as well. I received a great customer service, a contractor that understood me and responded to everything in a matter of hours , his workers were always on time, Super friendly and professional. Our project is in the finishing stage now and I’m excited with the outcome Next year we are going for the backyard project and can’t wait to see what PBG will do with it. If you are looking for a honest contractor that communicates and understands you without breaking your bank call Elmar and his team.
