Joel was friendly helpful and efficient. Like a good doctor he explained what was wrong and showed me how the various settings in my toilet worked. He was right on time. Very Professional. The price was great. He responded quickly to my request for a plumber on Thumb Tack. I will definitely use him again!

Showed up without tools other than bottle brush. Was off on year refrigerator was made by thirteen years and said just needed coils cleaned for which he did have bottle brush. I then paid service charge and he stated IF it didn’t work would be put towards what ever service would be needed. When I called the following day they stated the repairman said my refrigerator was not in good enough CONDITION to be repaired. I then called Sears and Sears came out and said EXCELLENT condition. Don’t make them to last like this anymore and fixed immediately. CM All DID refund my money however after my initial post. Everyone’s makes mistakes occasionally so I re wrote this review and re rated.
