LIA Construction

After meeting with a number of contractors we decided on LIA. Let me start by saying I love the final kitchen! It’s exactly what I had hoped for. The process did take a little longer than I expected, and was quoted; not sure why the delay, communication could have been better. Once the project began, work went quickly. Our project manager was Dror, and he was very responsive to our wishes and concerns. There were a couple hiccups along the way, but I suppose that is to be expected and they were all resolved. The teams he sent to do the various jobs were all good. The gentleman that installed our granite countertops was fantastic! He took his time, was very detail oriented and the final product is beautiful. I would recommend to the LIA team to work on their communication with clients and within the company, especially the salesman. Some of the items we were ‘sold’ were a surprise to the project manager and delayed the project a little, but all was resolved. I am very happy with the finished product!

Are you kidding me right now!! These are the Before ( yucky 70’s tile ) and thick ass plywood supports removed and Beautiful gray granite tops with back and side splashes with under mount rectangular sinks !! I am Over the Moon with the results!! I am MOST DEFINITELY going to call on Luciano and his crew to come out again. IMPERIAL CONSTRUCTION does it all!! Electrical, Painting , Renovations, Floors and I could go on and on. I Am Soooo Happy I found them on Thumbtack!!! Thank You Again and Again!!
