Mr. Stephens was very prompt in coming out to give me an estimate for concrete work on a property I manage. Due to a serious family-related emergency, however, he was unable to provide the written bid that I needed in order to finalize a contract with him. Given this, I am unable to evaluate anything other than his punctuality-which was excellent. I wish him and his family well.
