El Camino is a home style Mexican restaurant located in the Freemont district of Seattle, Washington. They have been open since 1996, serving Seattle some of the freshest food in the city.   • Huevos Rancheros-This breakfast favorite gets a lunch-time makeover with some upscale additions. It consists of two organic eggs laid out over house made tortillas, black beans simmered with bacon, and salsa Mexicana.
  • Chorizo Omelet-Lovers of chorizo will love this lunch-time option. The sausage is house-made, tender, and delicious. It comes with salsa fresca and queso cotija, taking it to the next level of flavor. A side of guacamole finishes the meal with a bang.
  • Huachinango Veracruzana-Sea food fans will love this red snapper meal. The pan seared fish is covered with a sauce made with tomato, green olives, and capers. It's served up with green rice, grilled zucchini, and warm tortillas.
  • Bistec Estilo Capitalino-When you're served this dinner entree, you won't be able to control your appetite. Tender, flavorful marinated skirt steak is served with cheese enchiladas in a zesty salsa coloradita. Grilled zucchini finishes this meal off.
  • Flan de Vanilla-This dessert is a vanilla custard made with organic eggs, milk, and vanilla beans. The mixture of light and fluffy custard with smooth and decadent caramel is a slam dunk.
  • Pastel de Crema y Chocolate-This dessert is for chocolate lovers. Semisweet Callebaut chocolate mousse with a sponge cake crust gets soaked in Meyer’s dark rum to create a rich, complex mixture of flavors. Served with whipped cream, vanilla crème, and raspberry sauce.
  • Pudín de Pan-Bread pudding with walnuts, raisins & fall spices.
