Yeah the third time is the charm!!! MaxKo Studio was the third company we started with for drywall repair thanks to Ian. Unlike the first two who just ghosted us over and over again after promising they would do it, MaxKo actually followed all the way through the process. Nick worked straight through without a break from 9a.m. to 7:30p.m. He was amazing. The holes in two walls were repaired and three other ceiling holes along with knockdown texture. He put insulation in where it was supposed to be and he cleaned everything up so nice. Nick was reliable, hardworking and knowledgeable. We definitely will call for future work once the insurance coughs up the money!!! Special thanks to Mono of MaxKo who got us scheduled and kept in touch through the whole process.

I chose Sunshine State Designz because my son recommended them to me and I’m so glad I did. I had stucco work needing repair and a new dock that needed painting. The crew did an excellent job on both projects. Neil came to look at the job(s) and told me what to expect. Gave me a quote that evening. They arrived promptly when they said they would, completed the job in a timely manner. All the while Neil kept me updated on any delay or rescheduling needed. I will call them whenever I need more done (and I do!). They are professional yet down to earth. They have experts for every needed service. I trust them to be fair, honest and to do the best job possible . Go with the best! You won’t regret it. I am very pleased with every aspect of Sunshine State Designz!
