After completing the Thumbtack form, I was contacted in less than 24 hours, had a time set for a walkthrough, an estimate, and start date. J, was very knowledgeable, offered solutions, listened to what ideas I had, and assessed the type of damages before planning on repairs and preventative measures. An overgrown tree needed to be removed. Although everyone on the team were experts, a safety meeting was conducted and a plan of action was strategized for the safety of all. My garage had suffered major damage over time. One whole side needed to be replaced due to flooding, land erosion, and termites. I used the Thumbtack app suggested by a friend. I chose Phoenix Construction because it was understood that even with the hit my garage took, it was still a part of my home and it will be treated that way. Reassurance is something I value in a business. I admire the respect the team exhibited towards one another. Neighbors and pets were given consideration before every phase. As a customer, I appreciate how the process was explained, questions answered, and care given to the property and wildlife.
