My experience with Ollie was good! He arrived early on the first day ready to work. He was respectful, punctual & pleasant with a sense of humor. He did a good job on repairing my son’s bedroom wall from a leaky roof. I’m always in search of contractor who not only gets the job done but also pays attention to the finishing details. Ollie did a good job meeting my expectations. Would’ve given a rating of great if not for two things. I was surprised Ollie needed to borrow an extension cord. I like the contractor to arrive with all the tools & equipment needed to do the job. Also, in the contract it listed disposal of debris but the trash men did not accept construction material. We had to arrange for someone to pick-up the debris & dispose of it. Ollie did deduct from the final bill but I did not like having to be responsible for debris if disposal is listed in the contract. Disposal should include removal from the premises.
