Loved working with Top.Notch Homes! Went to another dealer and to make a long story short Zenaida and Alex were so helpful to get us out of an almost horrible decision. Tbey helped answer all of my questions (I had a lot) and walked me through choosing my beautiful home. We purchased a 2300 SF Champion Home called the Magnolia and put it on our 12 acres. We made several.customizations to the home too. They walked me through the steps of doing a home and land purchase. They also took care of septic, well and electric. House was just delivered in November so we are still working out some minor things but Tiffany is on it! She is nothing short of amazing. Excellent customer service!! Answers every question we have and tries to get it done asap. She has been nothing but supportive, reassuring and professional. After your home is delivered she is the one you want! She has stayed in contact with manufacturer with things they need to take care.of and gets her team out here if its something they can do. The home was missing a couple things (like storm door, upgraded water heater for examples) and she has gotten right on it and ordered them for us. She really wants you to be happy with your new home. She takes the time to validate your concerns and understands. If you are looking to buy a manufactured home this is the place you want to go with. Their homes are fantastic and they are an amazing team. No regrets working with them.

They came out and got me an estimate the day after I had called and sent drawings with breakdowns of every step of the job. Contempo was probably the best contracting company I have worked with, and I used to own a construction company. They were extremely responsive, very professional, and did a phenomenal job on the concrete. They kept in touch at every step of the process, sent pictures, and were straight forward with any challenges that arose. I highly recommend Contempo Construction and their quality craftsmanship. If their quotes come in a bit higher, trust me it's worth it.

Very happy to find a good general contractor, I was getting frustrated trying to build everything myself, and was getting stalled trying to work with a bunch of different sub contractors and permit offices and the city ect. Things finally are moving and moving fast, very happy with this group.
