After a careful review of estimates vs. expectations I decided to work with a “smaller” contractor – Ayuuk Construction. I should say that I’m more than happy with the quality of the build for my utility 5x8 deck with safety railing and steps on the steep concrete hill. Despite the quite difficult location for the structure, Javier quickly understood the scope of the work, asked the right questions to make sure the design meets my expectations and is up to the building code. In my case it was an important aspect as other candidates pushed me to inflate of the scope for the project, rather than listen to what I need. The structure was built pretty quickly and turned out to be looking very good. The results definitely exceeded my expectations (and eng-design drawings). The city inspector was happy with the structure as well. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Ayuuk Construction to others.

I had a home project with Kris’s service, finishing our garage with an attic. It was tricky at the beginning, all electric wires were super old and dangerous, pips with dust everywhere. Kris and his team demonstrated great proficiency, they helped me cleaned up the place, uninstalled all the old ones, installed all the new ones with a tidy manner. It’s a huge change! It used to be a horrible area we never want to go, now it's our best office area with nice paints, lights and temperature. They are also very easy to communicate and cater all we needs, like changing the structure for window and AC installment. We are very happy and thankful for their efforts to make our home better!
