having a engineered foundation (not using post tension, but rather a rebar inter-connected foundation requiring a way higher level of expertise by the contractor), land leveling and build-up on hill side as well. Valadez construction was working in budget, on time and with high responsiveness for our needs. Structured Foundation did a great job installing 24 piers in one 8 hours visit designed to correct our foundation movements. The people were knowledgable in their business and quite responsive in their dealings--friendly and easy to deal with. Clean-up after the work was thorough and well done. We were appreciative of their efforts in saving landscaping and flooring in one bedroom. We would highly recommend their services.

Needed Flair to fill in a 30 sqft area with concrete and match to existing exposed aggregate driveway. Complete the next day, was very reasonable on price and job was done well. The person who came to do it stayed until we were satisfied with the work.
