Kelly is exceptional in his work ethics and his technical skills in resolving computer problems. He arrives on time, listens with open ears and mind and then resolves the computer conflicts I am experiencing. He is honest about when he doesn't know and then he does the homework necessary to continue to correct my computer problem. He has not failed me yet for his diligence in getting my computer system back on-line. He is very trustworthy in his work and character and his charge rates are very manageable to meet. He comes highly recommended and continues to get referrals from me for his professional / technical computer skills.
