Dom was truly an amazing coach. She's clearly so knowledgeable and I feel like she really deeply cares about all her clients. I was afraid to start an exercise program (it's been a while) but she was really patient and understanding and worked with me to figure out a plan that fit my needs and schedule. I love my sessions and am so happy with the progress so far. Highly recommend!

Train Like an All-Star (Kristian Guy)

Kristian is a MOTIVATOR who ignored my longstanding dislike for working out and reminded me that I am capable of accomplishing whatever I put my mind to and he has a keen sense of what is needed and when. We spent our first session doing a thorough review of my fitness level, analyzing my posture and range of motion and in doing so I learned how I could improve my posture and get the most out of our sessions and avoid injuries by using proper form. I am motivated by his love for what he does and his commitment to his clients. 2 months of Personal Training with Kristian helped me fit into this seasons holiday wear without the Spanx. Improved my upper body strength and endurance and although I have a ways to go I am proud of what we accomplished. I have found it hard to eat whatever I want without wondering if it would pass the Kristian Guy test of healthy eating and as a result have cut out a lot of unhealthy foods from my diet. Thank you Kristian for being patient with me and making the workouts fun and challenging. You were stern with me when needed and eased up (although not enough) when that was what I needed. I would recommend Kristian Guy as a PT to friends, family and co-workers.
