Holy Rolly - Not just another food truck! I ordered Mad Cow (Saintly - non alcoholic version- Oreo cookie/chocolate syrup) for starters: presentation was superb! This cream had an extra touch that I havent tasted before - smooth, rich in flavor, truly melt in your mouth. Line was pretty long (I now see why) but moved fast and was worth the wait. Very friendly at the front, also taking time to explain for those who have never had rolled cream. Definitely worth all five stars! Looking forward to trying Rag Doll next!
