Her therapy background and somatic coaching mixed with yogic philosophy was just what I needed. I slowly began to learn how to listen to my body and become more aware of what it was telling me. While the work was not easy, it was very effective. After about 6 months working with Jen one-on-one and in supportive group sessions, I started to realize how far I had come. Now, I am passionate about my field again, on the way to starting my own business. I am happier than I've ever been in my marriage. I have built the resiliency to take on whatever challenges comes my way thanks to Jen and Mind Body Awareness.
