It helped me realize things about myself that I didn't know before. I overall loved this program I think it just really helped e personally, emotionally, and physically.

My journey with Stephanie and Soul glow coaching has lead me to the most transformative and healing era of my life. At the beginning of our sessions Stephanie really took the time to understand me as a person and my background. She asked me questions that really helped me take a step back, self reflect, and develop that self awareness we all need. She also helped me through past traumas I was dealing with and helped me process, forgive, and start the healing journey. Through her guidance I learned to speak my truth and I learned to stop people pleasing. Stephanie has helped me become the most authentic version of myself and this alignment has brought clarity, purpose, and an unwavering sense of peace into my life. Stephanie is such a light and she helped me find my own again. One of my favorite sessions is when she explained in detail my human design chart. It really aligned with who I am and helped guide me on the journey I am on now. I still reference my human design chart, which is basically a road map to understanding who you are, how you function, and your energy type. Understanding my human design chart helped me understand and align with my higher self. I feel like I am in such a great mental space because of the coaching Stephanie has provided. She has helped me develop my business and I should call her my co-owner because if it wasn’t for her it wouldn’t have happened. She helped bring out that confidence and self love I needed to live my happiest life. I can’t thank her enough for what she has done for me.
