After over a year of nightmares with contractors while renovating our house, we were hesitant to hire another contractor to do our huge landscaping project (regrading the property, concrete, hardscape, landscape, irrigation, etc.). But we’re so happy that we did, because working with Mark Brady and his project manager Alberto was the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. Mark and Alberto were both knowledgeable, personable, communicative, and punctual. Alberto and his crew work incredibly hard and won’t stop until the project is completed to your liking. Mark was totally reasonable and transparent with pricing. We told him up front our budget limitations, and he worked with us every step of the way to get the most out of our project while staying within our budget. He truly has a passion for his work and for making his clients happy. There were several significant parts of our project that Mark added without charging us, because he knew our budget but also knew that the feature would make the house so much nicer. And as for the final product, we couldn’t be happier. The work is exceptional. All our neighbors have remarked how excellent our house looks after Mark and his team’s work. I have already recommended Brady Landscaping to several of our neighbors, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend him to everyone I know.
