But my wife and I both agreed that essentially every dish that Chef Renee created was better those at the world-class Daniel restaurant. Chef Renee was also exceptionally professional, articulate with explaining the dishes, and organized and tidy both during and after the cooking. Our kitchen looked like nobody had even been in it. My wife and I have eaten at over 15 Michelin-starred restaurants across the U.S. and Europe. Our meal with Chef Renee was one of the best meals we have had in our lives. Pricey! But worth every dollar. I would recommend her to anyone.

Wow, what an incredible catering experience we had with Chef Lucas Catering! From the moment we started planning with Chef Lucas, I knew we were in good hands. They were able to accommodate all of our dietary restrictions and preferences, and the end result was a truly personalized and delicious meal. The appetizers were a hit with our guests, and the butternut and apple soup was the perfect start to the meal. The filet of beef with ginger coconut lemon grass sauce was cooked to perfection and the broccolini and potato and celery root gratin were the perfect accompaniments. But the real showstopper was the mixed berries with zabaglione for dessert! It was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. I can't recommend Chef Lucas Catering enough and can't wait to have them cater my next event. Five stars all around! I am looking forward to working with Chef Lucas Catering for my upcoming birthday celebration!
