We recently had a hot tub delivered and needed it hard wired. The communication leading up to the appointment was great, they requested pictures and details ahead of time. When they arrived they had everything they needed and were able to do the quote and work the same day. The aesthetics of their work is beautiful and I never thought I’d say that about electrical work, but when you have a focal point in your backyard, the aesthetics are important, and they absolutely took the time to do so. We will be utilizing their services for additional electrical needs.

Called Ben back, he looked at All of the wiring etc and it appeared it was a faulty fan part. Ended up getting a replacement from the manufacturer but upon coming out to out the new one, Ben dug a bit deeper and found a loose wire in the connection in the ceiling. Sure, he could’ve dug deeper the first time but he didn’t charge me for the second time so I really appreciated his honesty. I replaced another fan myself and ran into an issue and he was able to fix that when he hired him to add some pendant lights over my island. He’s a good guy, responsive, easy to communicate and work with. I’ll hire him again :)
