Traveling all over Italy by high speed trains was fun and after a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back to our excellent hotels and relax. When we met an unexpected train delay, Jax answered our phone call and provided alternate transportation suggestions and thanks to her quick thinking, we were able to continue our trip without any disruption. In our opinion, Jax went above and beyond and we are very thankful to her. Thanks a lot Jax for making our dreams come true. You are on our speed dial for the next vacation in a couple of years :)
