We had a leak from a pipe behind the wall in our bathroom and were on a tight timeline to get it fixed Robert responded within minutes and was at our house within an hour and then made all the repairs the same day! All the big corporations were telling me 2-3 weeks before they could even come give an estimate!They worked quickly and gave a fair price for the amount of work and how fast they did it. He updated me all along the way as he made decisions and we were pleased with the outcome.Would recommend and use again!

**Edit** There was a misunderstanding in missed communication. Hammer and Nails did call me several times and I did not receive the messages or missed calls. In the meantime I received my quote and will hire. The fact they cared enough to immediately follow up speaks volumes. I will post pictures of the mini laundry room before and after makeover. Thank you. I was really hoping I found someone reliable to do a small laundry room project for us. They responded quickly here and even had someone come out the next day to estimate. I waited, and first received a message here that they will call me soon. I called them because it was taking a bit and they apologized that they completely dropped the ball and would get back to me the next day with the estimate. It is now another week and no estimate. I realize our job is not a big one, but no matter big or small every customer should be tended to with the same professional service and prompt response. Now off to find another contractor that I can work with. I have been lucky so far with thumbtack with everyone I have hired so far. I am disappointed in this experience.
