It was an unusual plumbing issue, and the technicians tried their best. I appreciated him listening to the customers and his willingness to make things right. I would definitely recommend Z PLUMBERZ! ===================================== Original review: They were very responsive and quick to schedule an appointment. We had a small plastic piece of the bidet accidentally flushed down the toilet and stuck inside. Jay came by the day of, and he was very courteous and professional. He unclogged the toilet but was not able to retrieve the piece. He told us to keep an eye on it, and if it happens again, we will need to replace the entire toilet. Unfortunately, the toilet stopped working the day after, and we had to ask for a callback. Another technician Michael stopped by with the same tool, and still was not able to fix it. Both Jay and Michael used the exact same one tool, and when we asked about using other strategies Michael was quite dismissive. We were not able to solve the issue in the end despite being charged a flat rate.

I called N.E. Sewer and Drain at about 3:00pm on a Sunday afternoon because my main sewer line was clogged. I spoke to Jay who was very pleasant and accommodating. He had the service tech Jared out to my house in less than an hour. Jared did a great job. Very professional and friendly. He cleared up the blockage between my house and my septic tank and made sure my drainage pipes were draining properly before he left. They really came through for me and my family and I couldn't be more grateful.
