I really can't say enough about how amazing our experience was with 503 builders! The whole experience was professional and timely they were responsive supported things that I hadn't considered and it really helped my project without even better than we anticipated! I have not had the best of luck with contractors so I feel very grateful for 503 builders!!!

We had an excellent experience working with Harley. We hired him to draw plans for some home remodeling; both changes to our existing floor plan, as well as plans to add another bedroom and bathroom. Harley was very responsive, friendly, and professional. He arranged a time to come to our house, and listened to our goals, talked us through what he saw as our best options, and talked us through the entire process, including timing and steps to have the work permitted through the city. He did everything he said he would do. There were a few rounds of reviews, and each time he delivered the edits in a timely manner and incorporated the edits we requested. He provided us very detailed plans with both digital and physical copies. And again went through the final plans in detail and talked through next steps and important factors we would need to consider. There were no additional fees beyond what we agreed to at the start. Would absolutely recommend his services and he would be my first call if I ever needed similar work.
