So we had to have our first service call with another highly rated appliance repair company from thumbtack only because they gave me the same day appointment. But their office person on the phone was extremely rude and demanded 50% down payment on an unreasonable price. So we reached back out to Alex from InHome and got the service call with Alex for the next day. Alex is professional, humble, polite, responsive, and punctual. He has great communication skills and he gives a reasonable price. He only sends you the bill after his service. Besides, he provided extra services at no additional charge onsite and gave advice on how to maintain your appliances. He went above and beyond!! So don’t waste your time and money on the diagnostic/service call with another company like I did. Just go with Alex and InHome!! If you can’t get the same day appointment with them, please wait for one day. It’s so worth the wait!! Definitely hire them again and recommending them to my social network. You’re the man, Alex!!
