I think everyone’s worst nightmare is to lose your central ac during a heat wave. Well this scenario happened to us last Thursday night. Came home to find the fan to our compressor wasn’t working. Called 4 different places Friday (recommended by friends and family) and had 1 not be able to see us for days, another was going to “see what they could do”, another never returned our call, and worst of all, the last one we were no showed. I decided to check out recommendations on my cities Facebook page for recommendations and I found Pistone and Son through there. I figured, well, let’s give this a shot. Not only did they message me back right away, they gave us an actual service appointment time for the next day (Saturday). We were still a bit skeptical, but thought what else do we have to lose. Not only did Pistone come, they were able to fix it the same day!!!! Super professional and thorough, and made suggestions as to our next steps to keep things running smoothly without being “sales pitchy”. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and will be using them again for maintenance of our unit going forward and also for our furnace for the winter months. We needed to find someone reliable we could call and we feel we’ve found that person. So thankful for the quick service and getting our house nice and cool again.

I am impressed by Jose's HVAC repair knowledge and how responsive he is to customers. I had a broken heat pump. Jose responded to my request for service on a Wednesday and set up an appointment to diagnosis the problem on the following day. He was then able to get a replacement part and fixed the heat pump on Monday. Nice job, Jose. Thank you.
